QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays and special promotions as required.

- High School Diploma, GED preferred or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Minimum of one year experience in a high volume establishment related to food service.
- This position is very physical, requiring the ability to lift 80 pounds and lift and carry 50 pounds consistently throughout an eight hour shift and requires constant standing, walking with occasional sitting, reaching outward and above shoulder level, squatting or kneeling, bending and climbing. Ability to work in fast paced, warm and confined environment.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke and excessive noise.
- The casino is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. You may be required to work on any of the days the casino is open including weekends and holidays.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

- The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced and often crowded and noisy. May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke, excessive noise and constant exposure to general public.
