Position: Manager - Activations

Oversee the planning, project management, and execution of global brand activations. This role translates strategic objectives into innovative, high-impact experiences that elevate the brand worldwide. Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external partners to facilitate successful collaborations, events, and marketing efforts. Success requires strong project management, creative ideation, and seamless collaboration with internal brand, creative, and marketing teams. This individual will be based out of the Seminole Hard Rock Support Center Corporate Office in Davie, Florida.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute Brand activations, ensuring seamless coordination and high-impact experiences.
  • Lead end-to-end project management of global brand activations, ensuring all initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with brand strategy and guidelines.
  • Partner closely with the Brand and Entertainment teams to develop activation concepts that amplify key campaigns and brand moments across all lines of business.
  • Build and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Oversee cross-functional coordination with marketing, communications, and regional teams to deliver cohesive, brand activations.
  • Manage vendor and agency relationships to ensure high-quality production and execution.
  • Monitor, track, and report on activation performance, preparing post-activation recaps with insights and recommendations.
  • Develop activation playbooks and toolkits to guide regional teams and ensure global consistency.
  • Stay informed on emerging trends, experiential formats, and best practices to keep activations fresh and culturally relevant.
  • Promote a work environment that fosters creativity, innovation, rational risk-taking and tradeoffs.

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND CERTIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Entertainment/Sports Management, or related field.
  • 3+ years experience in brand activations, experiential marketing, or project management for a global brand, lifestyle, or entertainment company.
  • Strong project management skills with proven ability to manage complex timelines, budgets, and multiple stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in collaborating with brand and global teams to bring strategic ideas to life.
  • Deep experience in using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements, including sponsorship valuation and recap reporting.
  • Exceptional record of marketing successes with a history of growing brand metrics and/or driving revenue.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; highly collaborative with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel and support activations outside standard business hours.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Ability to move throughout the corporate office and cafes during visits (standing, walking, kneeling, bending) for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to make repeating movements of the arms, hands, and wrists.
  • Ability to express or exchange ideas verbally and perceive sound by ear.
  • Manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and ability to work with hand above shoulders.
  • Ability to occasionally, regularly, frequently move objects (lift, push, pull, balance, carry) up to 10 pounds.
  • Ability to turn or twist body parts in a circular motion.
  • Ability to tolerate exposure to heat, cold, chemicals, and loud/noisy environment.
  • Ability to travel via auto or airplane for long periods of time.
