The Corporate Custodian performs the following duties but are not limited to: cleaning, stocking, and general upkeep of Seminole Hard Rock Support Services corporate Offices. Located at 5701 Stirling Road, Davie, FL

Responsibilities

Performs general cleanup of all office facilities. areas, dumps garbage and recycle bins, performs all cleaning aspects of halls, offices, board rooms, restrooms, lunchroom as well as cleans and washes walls, windows, upholstered furniture, and window coverings. Monitors work quality and provides training as needed.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years work experience.
  • Great customer service skills.
  • Understands, speaks, and has knowledge of the English Language.
  • High School Diploma preferred but not required.
  • Physical demands of the job; such as lifting, pushing, kneeling, bending, stretching and standing for long periods of time may be required.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds safely and to company standards.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
