Overview

The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the Latin Business Development team by planning and executing campaigns aimed at both retaining current Latin customers and attracting new ones to all Seminole Gaming Casino properties. This position encompasses a range of responsibilities, from administrative tasks to operational oversight, ensuring that all campaigns, projects, and events are executed with the utmost organization and quality to provide an exceptional experience for all stakeholders involved.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Latin marketing initiatives across all Seminole Gaming locations, including special events and brand activations on and off property, particularly during weekends. 
  • Assist in developing detailed marketing and media strategies, provide budget recommendations, and support sales efforts for Latin Business development throughout the Seminole Gaming portfolio. 
  • Work in partnership with hotel, entertainment, and café marketing teams to integrate Latin elements into their overall campaign strategies. 
  • Participate in all aspects of Latin Business development planning, including on-property events and off-property initiatives as required. 
  • Manage key business relationships and third-party accounts, focusing on media, influencers, foundations, and advertising partners. 
  • Act as the event manager, overseeing logistics, execution, action item tracking, and activities before, during, and after events. 
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and standards related to casino marketing. 
  • Stay informed about current trends and practices in the field, sharing relevant insights with management, colleagues, and team members as appropriate. 
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall marketing objectives. 
  • Maintain effective communication and collaboration across all departments involved in Latin marketing efforts. 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in marketing, public relations, event management, project management, activations, or a related field. 
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written. 
  • In-depth knowledge of the U.S. Latin market. 
  • Minimum of a Bachelor of Science (BS) or Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree. 
  • Highly motivated individual with a strong passion for their work. 
  • Excellent project management abilities, capable of managing multiple projects, including on-site events and initiatives, while adhering to budget and timelines. 
  • Skilled in building and maintaining relationships with SGA and partner organizations. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational capabilities. 
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with agencies and partners in the Latin market space.
  • Engage in cross-departmental and property collaboration with teams such as Marketing, Food and Beverage, Events, Operations, and Casino Marketing/Player Development, among others, to achieve alignment and enhance business prospects and opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activity to inform marketing strategies and optimize business performance.

Work Environment

  • Duties and responsibilities are typically performed in a professional office setting. Still, there may be times when you will need to be in operating areas in and out of the property. In these areas, you may be exposed to environmental factors, including but not limited to secondhand smoke and excessive noise.
