SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Deli Chef, the incumbent,consults with the Executive Chef and Deli Chef regarding recipes, staff, menus, preparation and presentation. Supervises daily operations of kitchen.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Culinary Arts degree preferred with five to seven (5-7) years experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience. Must hold a current Food Handling Certificate. Must be able to function and manage in non-standard situations where some judgment must be exercised. Proficient knowledge of software programs such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

The Tribal Council gives preference in all of its employment practices to Native Americans. First preference in hiring, training, promoting and in all other aspects of employment is given to members of The Seminole Tribe who meet the job requirements. Second preference is given to other members of federally recognized Native American Tribes who meet the job requirements.
