Job Summary:
Under the direction of the Manager, the Asst. Manager is responsible for assisting in the management of restaurant outlet staff, according to established standards. This includes achieving maximum customer service and satisfaction while achieving financial goals.
Associate/Bachelor’s degree preferred with two (2) to four (4) years of restaurant supervisory experience is required or a combination of education and/or work experience. Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays is required.
