Responsibilities

Coco Girls are fun, enthusiastic, glamorous and confident! This position is a special group with the Table Games department that will participate in the Party Pit area. The duties may include Pit Parties, VIP events, photos and videos shoots, PR events, festivals and more! #COCOINDEED

Step into a career where glamour meets opportunity. The COCO Girl Dealer Training Program is designed to prepare you for a dynamic role on our casino floor. If you have the confidence, energy, and drive, we’ll provide the training and support to help you shine as a professional casino dealer.

 

Program Overview

  • Training Duration: 8–10 weeks
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 4 hours per day 
  • Format: Hands-on instruction with professional guidance 
  • Focus: Mastering table games, casino operations, and customer engagement

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Female applicants only
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Professional appearance and positive attitude • Ability to work flexible hours once employed on the casino floor

Qualifications

 

Work Environment: 

  • May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke and excessive noise.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
  • The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
  •  The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced and often crowded and noisy. May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke, excessive noise and constant exposure to general public. 

Uniform Standard

  • Ability to properly wear the alluring uniform, similar to that of a Cocktail Server, for a Coco Girl Dealer position.
  • Tattoos are acceptable if they are in good taste and do not violate sanitary and health policies.
  • Facial piercings are not permitted.

 

Language Skills

    • Able to communicate with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities
