This position is responsible for revenue management’s daily reports as well as to drive the automation of reports across Hard Rock’s largest Hotels and Casinos. This role will typically be challenged with data analysis, critical thinking, problem-solving scripting, and dashboard development. The position will interact with all levels of the organization including executive leadership and will directly contribute to critical business decisions leading to maximize revenue opportunities and business change.
Reporting 55%:
• Prepare daily market segmentation reports, production reports, source contribution analysis, pick-up reports, and pace summaries.
• Compile month-end revenue, budget, and consumer profile reports.
• Maintain sales, marketing, and events calendar.
• Support revenue management, local properties, and customer care team with ad-hoc requests and analysis.
• Present data analysis and findings to all levels of the Company.
• Be the departmental expert for advance Excel formulas and SQL scripts.
Data and Analytics 35%:
• Develop SQL queries to acquire data from data warehouse to drive analyses and insights.
• Automate and redevelopment current reports in Tableau and other business intelligence tools.
• Be aware of all data sources and data structures within data warehouse.
• Analyzes robust data sets from a variety of sources, including but not limited to: hotel revenue, F&B, slots, table games.
• Measure the success of strategic initiatives through appropriate analysis and data aggregation.
Revenue Management 10%:
• Monitor and analyze the competition daily / weekly through shop reports and the Internet to identify selling strategies and market trends.
• Monitor competitive set positioning using OTA Insights, STR, and other third-party reporting tools.
• Supports Revenue Managers by ensuring accuracy of rates, package information and availability.

Qualifications:
• 1-3 years reporting and analytics experience.
• Bachelors in finance, statistics, hospitality management, marketing, information management preferred, or similar.
• Experience in hospitality preferred, specifically revenue management, operations, finance, or marketing.
• Strong Excel skills a must. Experience with SQL required. Experience with Tableau is a plus.
• Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot complex formulas and calculations.
• A team player with strong analytical, communication (both written and oral) and interpersonal skills. Outstanding organizational skills are a must, as is the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Must present an image of excitement, enthusiasm, and outgoing personality, while being able to project a professional appearance.
• Must be proficient in MS Office software, mainly Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of LMS, CMP, SQL, Forward Distribution platforms and extranets, Rainmaker RMS, but not required.
• Excellent personal management skills; time management, meeting deadlines, effective communication and presentations skills.
Work Environment:
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekend, and holidays; some travel is required.
• Duties and responsibilities are typically performed in a professional office setting.
