JOB DESCRIPTION:
Under the direction of the Promotions Manager & Superivosr, the incumbent is responsible for assisting with the development, planning and implementation of all Marketing functions. Establishes reports and systems to monitor actual expenses compared to budget and take necessary action to meet budget guidelines. Assists the Marketing department in disseminating information about events to all impacted operating departments. Interfaces with operating departments to ensure timely coordination of all promotions/events.

High School diploma or equivalence along with one (1) year experience in marketing, promotions/productions, public relations. Must be able to work flexible schedules to include evenings, weekends and holidays. Must be computer literate with proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Word. Must possess excellent organizational. communication and multi-tasking skills.
