Responsibilities

You will play a key role in:

 

  • Campaign Development & Execution: Lead integrated advertising campaigns across all channels, ensuring impactful delivery and thorough performance analysis.
  • Media Strategy & Planning: Drive innovative media initiatives by overseeing their development and implementation to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Digital Channel Optimization & Growth: Strategically optimize digital marketing channels (SEO/SEM, social media, email, display) to maximize ROI, drive online traffic, and achieve acquisition and engagement targets.
  • Creative Media Management: Manage the creation of compelling advertising plans for print, broadcast, and digital platforms.
  • Sponsorship Engagement: Contribute to the strategic development, negotiation, and activation of sponsorship opportunities.
  • Agency Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact with the advertising agency, effectively managing creative development and production workflows.
  • Cross Departmental Collaboration: Partner with department heads to ensure the timely creation of cohesive campaign assets for all property promotions.
  • Budget Support & Oversight: Assist in managing the budget by contributing to preparation, providing justifications, and supporting forecasting efforts.
  • Marketing Research & Analysis: Develop, implement, and analyze marketing research programs to gather key insights that inform strategic decision-making.
  • Performance Reporting & Recommendations: Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership on the effectiveness of advertising and budget performance.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all advertising activities adhere to relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Organizational Excellence: Maintain meticulous organization and keen attention to detail throughout all campaign-related activities.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management: Foster positive and productive working relationships with team members, media partners, and community leaders.
  • Promotional Negotiation: Collaborate on and negotiate effective radio and television promotional opportunities.
  • Contribution & Adaptability: Proactively contribute to team goals and willingly embrace additional responsibilities as they arise.
  • Conducts themselves in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, and Seminole Tribe of Florida/departmental policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

    • 5+ years of progressive experience in advertising or marketing, with a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
    • Proven ability to analyze marketing data to drive strategic improvements.
    • Strong knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and web design principles. Familiarity with Sitecore and/or Adobe Experience Manager is a plus.
    • Expertise in SEO and SEM strategies.
    • Experience with web analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics preferred).
    • Experience managing content in CMS platforms (Sitecore, WordPress).
    • Understanding of cross-browser/platform compatibility and current web design trends.
    • Strong creative vision and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to adapt materials across media.
    • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
    • Experience with Four Winds Interactive digital signage (a plus).
    • Familiarity with managing various social media platforms (a plus).
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design (essential).
    • Knowledge of video production and editing (a plus).
    • Strong basic mathematical skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Experience collaborating with and directing advertising agencies.

    Work Environment:

     

    • Duties and responsibilities are typically performed in a professional office setting, but there may be times when you will need to be on the Casino Floor or pass through this area. On the Casino Floor, you may be exposed to casino-related environmental factors including, but not limited to, secondhand smoke and excessive noise.
    • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk, or hear; and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to thirty pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
    • Must be able to work standing for extended periods of time in a noisy environment.
    • Must be able to continuously maneuver around the office and property, often standing for long hours.
    • Must have the manual dexterity to operate a computer and other office equipment.
    • Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.

     

    Native American Preference Policy:

     

    The Tribal Council gives preference in all its employment practices to Native Americans. The first preference for hiring, training, promotion and in all other aspects of employment is given to members of the Seminole Tribe who meet the job requirements. Second preference is given to members of other federally recognized Native American Tribes who meet the job requirements.

    Seminole Gaming’s employment process requires candidates to obtain gaming licensure by successfully completing a background check with Seminole Gaming Compliance and Regulations, prior to beginning employment. These background checks may include, but are not limited to:
