SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Director of Restaurants incumbent is responsible for the successful operation of our First Street Deli in accordance with established operational and guest service standards of excellence. Motivates and directs staff in all aspects of performance and ensures they adhere to aforementioned standards. Ensures financial profitability and returns to the Seminole Coconut Creek Casino.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
College degree and or three years of progressive restaurant management experience. A combination of education and experience will be considered. Must have strong knowledge in regards to financial information. Must be proficient in excel, word, and power point software systems. POS, MMS, or other systems are strongly preferred.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Bending, lifting over 20 pounds at time, standing for several hours at a time.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke and excessive noise.

The Tribal Council gives preference in all of its employment practices to Native Americans.
