Summary:
Promotes an outgoing, friendly customer oriented personality at all times. Assists in maintaining efficient overall operation of the Security Department as well as the Fire Command Center. Responsible for the efficient and effective operation of the Security Department. Implements system to ensure compliance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, and company/departmental policies and procedures. Coordinates activities with local and state law enforcement officials. Identifies and controls risks and threats to the safety and assets of the company and its patrons and employees. Responsible for scheduling, training and supervising Security Staff. Responsible for conducting investigations and working with law enforcement officials to ensure resolution.

Education and/or Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum of four (4) years of Security Management experience in a high volume casino/hotel complex environment or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA’s):
Must be able to communicate with guests and other employees in a positive manner. Must be able to effectively direct vehicular traffic in parking lots/garage and entrances/exits. Excellent communication and time management skills. Ability to forecast time management needs. Must have industry or job-related knowledge.
