JOB SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Senior Vice President of Player Development, the incumbent is responsible for developing new premium casino business within the Latin market. Incumbent will cultivate new premium business relationships through both traditional and innovative methods. Responsibilities include increasing awareness of Hard Rock Hollywood, drive trial, and build customer loyalty resulting in frequent trips with high level casino play from various Latin markets with a focus on the Miami Dade area.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Ten (10) years of casino host and/or player development experience, with Player Development executive or director level experience.
Experience in using desktop computers, MS Office applications, and casino software applications for player tracking and reporting data.
Must be able to speak, read and write fluently in English and Spanish.
Must live in Dade County Florida with ability to travel to Hard Rock Hollywood and/or other areas of Southern Florida, when required.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Frequent exposure to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, crowds, secondhand smoke and excessive noise. Frequent time in office consisting of environmental factors typical in an indoor, climate-controlled office environment. Must be able to continuously maneuver around the property, often standing for long periods of time. Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues. Must have the manual dexterity to operate a computer and other office equipment. Must be able to lift 30 pounds and able to bend, reach and stoop on a limited basis.
