Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Digital Marketing Manager. We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Multimedia Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, editing, and managing multimedia content across various platforms. From video production and editing to graphic design and animation, the Multimedia Specialist will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity and delivering compelling content to our audience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop multimedia content that aligns with marketing objectives, brand guidelines, and target audience preferences.
  • Conceptualize and storyboard multimedia projects, including videos, animations, infographics, and interactive presentations.
  • Capture and edit high-quality video footage, ensuring seamless transitions, audio clarity, and visual appeal.
  • Design engaging graphics, illustrations, and animations to enhance multimedia content and convey complex ideas effectively.
  • Utilize industry-standard software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Davinci Resolve) to create and manipulate multimedia assets.
  • Optimize multimedia content for various platforms and devices, ensuring compatibility, accessibility, and optimal performance.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in multimedia production, design, and distribution.
  • Maintain and schedule digital assets, organizing and cataloging multimedia files for easy access and retrieval.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, contractors, and partners as needed to support multimedia projects and initiatives.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to internal stakeholders on multimedia-related matters.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, computer science, graphic design, digital media, or related field preferred. 

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Film Production, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in multimedia production, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in video editing, graphic design, and animation.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard multimedia software and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.
  • Solid understanding of multimedia principles, design aesthetics, and storytelling techniques.
  • Excellent creative and technical skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Knowledge of current trends, technologies, and best practices in multimedia production, design, and distribution.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) is a plus

 

 Work Environment:

The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

  • The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced and often crowded and noisy. May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke, excessive noise and constant exposure to general public. 
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.
