How we look & appear to each guest provides an important impression of our Company. The Fresh Harvest Room Chef is responsible for consistently providing our guests with an experience expected of a high end multi-dimensional buffet restaurant. Food quality is at the highest level for a buffet e.g. seven action stations where many of the items are prepared to order for our guests.
Working in conjunction with our Asian Specialty Chef, the Fresh Harvest Room Chef also helps to lead our Asian food venue (Rock & Raw). The property is one of the largest casinos in the U.S and Fresh Harvest is the busiest and highest revenue generating dining restaurant. The Chef leads a team of 4 Sous Chefs and 61 Team Members (prep cooks, cook 2 and lead cooks).
