SUMMARY

Under the direction of the Lucky Mi Assistant Manager, the incumbent is responsible for assisting in the efficient and effective operation of the Lucky Mi Noodle House to provide a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the implementation of all established departmental policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for overseeing & maintaining the "Training Standards" set by the Food and Beverage Management staff for all positions.
  • Select, train, counsel, appraise and retain direct reports who consistently perform actions and behaviors that reinforce the Company's mission and values.
  • Create and communicate the structure of your area - including goals, role clarification, expectations, financial planning, etc.- that increases the value of the company and increases the engagement level of direct reports.
  • Demonstrate actions and behaviors that reinforce the Company’s mission, “Unconquered     Vision, Unparalleled Service, Unlimited Service,” and values of Fast, Fun, Friendly, Fresh  and Focused in all we do
  • Ensure prompt and discrete notification to management and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations
  • Show a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discretely notifying appropriate management of concerns and observations

Qualifications

  • Preferred Qualifications include any combination of education and experience in a restaurant/lounge supervisory position.
  • TIPS certification a plus.
  • Must posses basic mathematical skills to include ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide specific to position's responsibilities.
  • Must be able to analyze food and beverage data. 
  • Proficient knowledge of software programs such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Working knowledge of InfoGenesis desired.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; frequently lift up to 50 pounds, talk and hear.
  • Also required are frequent standing, walking, stooping, bending, reaching, climbing steps and sitting. 
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color and peripheral vision
