    Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida, located minutes from Fort Lauderdale's world-famous beach, features a AAA Four Diamond resort with 469 luxury rooms and suites, over 100 tables, 2000 slot machines, award-winning restaurants, high-energy nightlife, a lagoon-style pool and Beach Club, a Hard Rock-inspired spa, and premium meeting and convention space. The property is currently undergoing a $1.5 billion expansion. When the development is complete in mid-2019, Seminole Hard Rock will be home to an iconic guitar hotel tower that will include a Hard Rock Casino, nearly doubling its current size with 3,267 slot machines, 178 table games plus a new 18,000-square-foot poker room.     Our Nightlife Model Bartender exists to provide excellent service Hard Rock style to all guests! Preparing, mixing and pouring beverage, welcoming the masses and taking care of our guest that are here to experience a new level of nightlife.



    • Prepares ordered drinks with proper portions and ingredients such as wine, mixed drinks, specialty cocktails, shots and related bar service to guests at assigned stations
    • Expedites drink orders for each guest quickly and accurately.  Serves refills upon request as well as follows up for additional beverage requirements
    • Possesses a keen sense of timing and is capable of discreetly speeding up or slowing down his/her station as necessary
    • The Bartender Model participates in in-house modeling programs, special casino events, Banquet Service functions, and performs model/presenter tasks at Hard Rock events and may participate in print advertising
    • Mixes drinks according to prescribed recipes; keeps station stocked with all liquor, glasses and accessories necessary; accounts for all beginning cash register bank, all cash, complimentary drinks and charge receipts
    • Resourceful with beverages, fruit and supplies in order to maintain low beverage costs
    • Must have knowledge of beverages, glassware, and garnishes
    • Must possess the ability to initiate and maintain a relaxed and upbeat demeanor in a fast-paced environment with loud music and constant distractions
    • Actively markets the venue through available social media outlets, as per the Company's Marketing Requirement Plan. 
    • Collects customer information for the venue database while constantly striving to increase the size of your personal clientele
    • Exhibits and executes a complete knowledge of the venue’s sequence of service and selling technique
    • Prepares all products according to established venue recipes, focusing on proper portion size control
    • Constantly provides customers with accurate information about the venue and property as well as entertainment offered in each
    • Communicates and works with all support staff to ensure bar is properly stocked and prepared for operations
    • Communicates and works with all support staff to ensure inventory is maintained at established par levels
    • Work with a sense of urgency to anticipate customer needs and assist other team members when the opportunity arises
    • Communicates with management, VIP hosts & service staff to rectify any and all customer needs, comments or incidents
    • Adheres to all established policies, procedures and guidelines


    High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required as well as certificate in Mixology.

    • Minimum of two (2) years in high volume bartending. T.I.P.S. certification and Sanitation certification is preferred.
    • Basic mathematical skills specific to job responsibilities are required, to include ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide specific to position responsibilities. 


    • May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke and excessive noise.
    • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

    • The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced and often crowded and noisy. May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke, excessive noise and constant exposure to general public.
