    HWHR New Guitar Tower

    Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida, located minutes from Fort Lauderdale's world-famous beach, features a AAA Four Diamond resort with 469 luxury rooms and suites, over 100 tables, 2000 slot machines, award-winning restaurants, high-energy nightlife, a lagoon-style pool and Beach Club, a Hard Rock-inspired spa, and premium meeting and convention space. The property is currently undergoing a $1.5 billion expansion. When the development is complete in mid-2019, Seminole Hard Rock will be home to an iconic guitar hotel tower that will include a Hard Rock Casino, nearly doubling its current size with 3,267 slot machines, 178 table games plus a new 18,000-square-foot poker room. The existing Hard Rock Live arena will be razed in March 2018, and replaced with a state-of-the-art 7,000-seat Hard Rock Live venue in a theater-style configuration.     Responsibilities

    Under the direction of the Director of Marketing, this position is responsible for the implementation of all multi-media initiatives and activities, including planning, coordination, execution, and tracking, reporting and analytics.  You must demonstrate an exceptional understanding of the convergence of digital, social media, mobile marketing and how to get users to engage with content and bolster the overarching brand initiatives and goals. 

     

    Essential Job Functions:

    • Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures.
    • Create and produce interactive, external-facing content across all digital and social mediums with strong narratives that bring to life the company’s brand messaging.
    • Work with public relations, advertising and social media teams to determine what content is needed to target various customer and audience personas.
    • Create reports to understand ROI performance of campaigns through the use of Analytics tools and Adserver, and continually optimize campaigns
    • Work along revenue management team to help drive sales through other channels, like OTAs
    • Transient marketing and e-commerce teams to automate demand generation through the identification of tools and communications strategies that reflect prospect’s interests, behaviors or responses.
    • Develop, execute, measure and optimize digital advertising, e-mail marketing and social media campaigns that stimulate traffic, increase brand awareness, and drive converted room inventory and ticket sales to Hard Rock Live concerts.
    • Track marketing performance metrics, including lead conversion and ROI of marketing programs.
    • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
    • Responsible for all facets of multi-media planning such as campaign build out and scheduling, SEM campaigns, OTA deliverables, creative execution, website performance, on-property digital deployment scheduling. 
    • Responsible for the development and maintenance of budgets, project tracking and follow up.
    • Work proactively with the creative team, agencies and vendors to ensure continuous improvement and optimal solutions for new and existing digital concepts and strategies.
    • Meet with both the creative agency and advertising agency to ensure consistency across all multi-media.
    • Develop specifications for new components in support of departmental budgets.
    • Develop strong relationships with internal and external teams to drive collaboration of marketing programs.  Effectively and proactively communicate with departments and vendors.
    • Maintain up-to-date contact information for all vendors.
    • Maintain and develop strong vendor relationships.
    • Ensure deadline dates are met by the agencies.
    • Review vendor invoices, including shipping receipts, and resolves billing discrepancies.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Advertising, Multi-Media Marketing or related field required. Minimum of five (5) years Marketing/Advertising experience, specializing in digital marketing preferably in an agency environment or another casino business required or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

     

    • Experience with Photoshop, InDesign and other graphic/production software
    • Experience in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SEO/SEM knowledge, Google DoubleClick adserver, and Tag Manager
    • Must have experience in customer relationship management (CRM)
    • Must have experience in content management system (CMS)
    • Must have experience with HTML
    • Fourwinds experience a plus
    • Understanding of pixel implementation and tracking URls

    • The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced and often crowded and noisy. May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke, excessive noise and constant exposure to general public.
