    HWHR New Guitar Tower

    Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida, located minutes from Fort Lauderdale's world-famous beach, features a AAA Four Diamond resort with 469 luxury rooms and suites, over 100 tables, 2000 slot machines, award-winning restaurants, high-energy nightlife, a lagoon-style pool and Beach Club, a Hard Rock-inspired spa, and premium meeting and convention space. The property is currently undergoing a $1.5 billion expansion. When the development is complete in mid-2019, Seminole Hard Rock will be home to an iconic guitar hotel tower that will include a Hard Rock Casino, nearly doubling its current size with 3,267 slot machines, 178 table games plus a new 18,000-square-foot poker room. The existing Hard Rock Live arena will be razed in March 2018, and replaced with a state-of-the-art 7,000-seat Hard Rock Live venue in a theater-style configuration.     Under the supervision of the Beverage Manager, the incumbent is responsible for serving as the managerial presence for the Beverage Department in managing all aspects of Beverage Service & Operations during assigned shift. The position will supervise the Assistant Managers in their respective roles, observing team members for safe alcohol service, protection of assets and holding team members accountable for maintaining a high level of performance in delivering memorable sincere service.



    May include but are not limited to:

    • Must adhere to Seminole Tribe's Policies and Procedures.
    • Conducts themselves in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, and Seminole Tribe of Florida/departmental policies and procedures.
    • Oversees floor, service & operations responsibilities for the Beverage department during assigned shift.
    • Focuses on bar operations and infrastructure of the Beverage Department and cocktail operation.
    • Drives Team Member satisfaction with ongoing training and development.
    • Other assignments as directed.


    • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
    • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline preferred.
    • Minimum of 3 years of food or beverage management experience required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word is required.
    • Familiarity with Stratton Warren purchasing system and POS procedures on Info-genesis platform preferred.
    • Strong acumen in managing beverage assets from inventory control, pour analysis, and pricing/purchasing specifications.
    • Experience in high-volume beverage operations preferred.
    • Experience in casino and/or hotel environment preferred.
    • Team-oriented and must enjoy working with and assisting people.
    • Able to exercise judgment on an independent basis.
    • Must be articulate and possess a professional appearance and demeanor.
    • Punctuality and meeting of deadlines is critical.



    • The department operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; management expectation is that you must be able to work any shift.
    • Environment is that of a restaurant/lounge that is fast-paced and guest services oriented. It is sometimes loud/noisy, and crowded.
    • Prolonged periods of standing/walking.
