     Under the direction of the Purchasing Manager, the incumbent performs duties in various aspects of responsibilities pertaining to the records retention department. 



    Essential Job Functions:

    • Receives records/files, verifies that they meet the requirements of the purchase order or market list.

    • Processes and delivers requisitions for records and files from multiple departments submitted to the records retention department. 

    • Processes transactions that are related to records retention to include destruction of sensitive material/records/files. 

    • Ensures that no merchandise leaves the warehouse area unless proper documentation has been signed, items have been verified and marked as received manually as well as in the system. 

    • Assists in delivering records to the pertinent departments from multiple properties.


    High school diploma or GED required, with one to two (1-2) years’ experience in a warehouse/receiving position and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience.  Redbeam experience or similar inventory system experience is preferred.  Must be able to operate pallet jacks, forklifts, reach lifts and other equipment used in warehouse operation.  Must possess basic mathematical skills to include ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.  Position requires a detailed and organized individual capable of working in an environment where numerous interruptions to job tasks being performed may occur. 


    Work Environment:

    • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

    • The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced and often crowded and noisy. May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke, excessive noise and constant exposure to general public. 
    • Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.
