  • Responsible for the custodianship of and accountability of the Casino’s bankroll, involves the daily care, control and accounting for all Cash Operations transactions.
  • Transactions include but are not limited to, all currency, coin, chips, casino markers, safekeeping funds and customer front monies.
  • Manage and mentor front line cashiers, chip & vault bankers and other specialty bankers, shift supervisors, credit staff, shift managers and casino count team.
  • Hiring, counseling and termination of all Cash Operations Team Members.
  • Enforces accounting controls in order to safeguard the company's assets.
  • Ensures compliance with gaming regulations including the Class III Compact and Title 31.
  • Monitors business demands and makes necessary scheduling and staffing adjustments.
  • Training of property level Credit and Cash Operations personnel.
  • Establishment of customer credit limits and criteria for said limits in various gaming scenarios. Responsible for collections and reporting to collection committee, ad hoc credit reporting.
  • Implementation of Credit, Collection, Cash Operations procedures and internal controls.
  • Plans, develops and directs staffing and training of management and line level employees to ensure all have a clear understanding of the departments service requirements.
  • Ensures that all guests receive excellent service from all employees.
  • Must adhere to the NIGC, Seminole Tribe's Internal Controls, Policies, Procedures and Title 31 Compliance.

  • Ability to train and lead all Cash Operations team members properly and successfully
  • Familiarity with Bank Secrecy Act compliance and requirements.
  • Able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Two to five years’ experience or education in a mid to high volume Class III Casino environment.
  • Ability to deliver a service level which creates an atmosphere that makes our guests want to return.
  • Must possess advanced mathematical skills to include ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide specific to position responsibilities.
  • Must have intermediate to advanced computer knowledge and skills.
