Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida, located minutes from Fort Lauderdale’s world-famous beach, features a AAA Four Diamond resort with 469 luxury rooms and suites, award-winning restaurants, high-energy nightlife, a lagoon-style pool and Beach Club, a Hard Rock-inspired spa, and premium meeting and convention space. As South Florida’s premier entertainment destination, Seminole Hard Rock hosts top-name acts at its 5,500–seat Hard Rock Live concert arena and offers more than 100 table games, 2,000 of the most popular slots and a stand-alone poker room. Fine dining options include Council Oak Steaks & Seafood, the resort’s signature steakhouse, and Kuro, a luxe and socially vibrant restaurant offering new-style Japanese cuisine. The resort also features contemporary and casual eateries, including Blue Plate, the hotel’s 24-hour diner-inspired restaurant; Constant Grind, a gourmet coffee and pastry shop; and the ever-famous Hard Rock Cafe - Hollywood, part of Hard Rock’s 164 globally recognized rock ‘n’ roll restaurants.


Under the direction of the Spa Supervisor/Manager, the incumbent is responsible for providing courteous Spa Services to Guests.  Provides clear and concise directions and information to Spa Guests. Duties include, but are not limited to:


Essential Job Functions:


  • Must adhere to the Seminole Tribe's Policies and Procedures.
  • Perform Spa Check-In’s and Check-Out’s in an efficient manner.
  • Create reservations using established booking guidelines.
  • Exercise responsible use of compensation for the purpose of Guest recovery within designated authorized areas.
  • Assist with any Guest request in a consummately professional, positive and proactive manner.
  • Maintain maximum booking ability of all available treatment space.
  • Change and display tickets within the Infogenesis computer system.
  • Assists with all Retail functions, including suggestive selling, stocking, and inventory.
  • Performs general office duties to include filing.
  • Inputs financial data and balance daily cash funds.
  • Maintains a clean and functional work space.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


High School Diploma or equivalent required and one (1) year performing duties in a guest service role required or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have cash handling experience. Background in a Spa, Retail or similar environment preferred. Must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills, and basic mathematical skills.

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

  • The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced and often crowded and noisy. May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke, excessive noise and constant exposure to general public. 
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.



The Tribal Council gives preference in all of its employment practices to Native Americans.
